A pair, planned as one composition
The double nostril is two piercings on the same side of the nose — one in the standard nostril position and one placed alongside it, usually slightly forward and slightly higher, to create a paired composition. Done well, it reads as one styled look rather than two unrelated piercings.
The key to a successful double is planning the pair together. We do not pierce a second nostril in isolation; we mark both placements at the same time, in front of a mirror, and check the geometry from multiple angles before any piercing happens. The spacing, the angle, and the choice of jewelry are interdependent — they have to be designed as one.
Most clients pair a minimal stud with a slightly more substantial stone, or two matching pieces in the same metal for a clean repeating motif. We help you choose the pair that suits your face and your daily styling.
